The Open comes in 925 sterling silver with gold plating, solid 9kt gold, or solid white gold with lab-grown diamonds. The Offset Pavè comes in 925 gold-plated and solid 9kt gold. What are lab-grown diamonds?ラボグロウンダイヤモンドとは？
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — same chemical composition, same hardness, same brilliance. They're created in controlled environments instead of mined from the earth. Every diamond at VEÌR is certified and conflict-free.ラボグロウンダイヤモンドは本物のダイヤモンドです—同じ化学組成、同じ硬度、同じ輝き。地球から準断するのではなく、管理された環境で製造されます。VEÌRのすべてのダイヤモンドは認定済みで、紛争フリーです。
Can I customise the stone colour?ストーンのカラーをカスタマイズできますか？
Yes. The Open can be configured with a coloured centre stone — blue, yellow, pink, green, or champagne, each lab-grown and individually sourced. Can the ring be resized?リングのサイズ変更はできますか？
Resizing is possible within one size up or down depending on the design. Contact us after receiving your ring and we'll advise on the best approach. The Offset Pavè has limited resizing options due to its stone setting.デザインによって、1サイズ上下の変更が可能です。リング受領後にお問い合わせください。The Offset Pavèはストーンセッティングの変更が限られています。

How long does production take?製造にどのくらいかかりますか？
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation when your ring enters production and again when it ships.すべての作品はオーダーメイドです。ご購入日から2〜3週間かかります。製造開始時と発送時にお知らせします。

Because each ring is made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If your ring arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.各リングはオーダーメイドのため、返品はお受けできません。損傷や欠降ありの場合は7日以内にお問い合わせください。
